Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, a headphone adapter is included as the case results in a very deep opening for the headphone port. It's unfortunate that the adapter is yet another item to carry or have available. If your headphones have a good size plug, you might be able to connect them without the adapter. I was able to do that. I'm also continuing to use my bluetooth headphones which (of course) don't need the adapter.
