“In the description it says it outputs 1 amp, in the spec it says 2.1amp. To charge my tablet I need 2.1 amps, it will take twice as long with 1 amp. Which is it? I don't want to buy if 1 amp output.”

Not sure on the outage but it charged my dead iPad mini at a normal slow pace, with out any touching or anything. It’s not quick charge equipped.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a Samsung wireless charger. I don’t know how long it takes to charge it because I charge it as I’m asleep. I use my Samsung tablet charger and it is a 2 amp. It all depends on how much you use your phone. If you let it get low like 2% then it takes longer to charge. Your phone will charge first then the mophie case will charge after. I never let both the phone and the case get low. Get the 2 amp. It works good.
