I’m finding no problem using the mophie with my iPhone by using the iPhone cable. Plug the usb (larger) end of a compatible iPhone cable into the mophie and the smaller end into the iPhone. The cable it came with is for other equipment and is not compatible with iPhone.

It comes with a cable that’s not compatible with the iPhone 6. Hopefully you can still find a compatible cable because a lightning cable designed for iPhone XR might not work with your iPhone 6. I hope this helps.
