• It charges off a USB connection, not off of line voltage. You need a USB source to charge it, if that handles 240v you'll be fine. No charger is included with this.

• the unit uses USB to charge, so the actual voltage going intot he USB has nothing to do with the countries voltage. you can use any usb charger to charger.

• If you multi converter has a USB port; it will work just fine. I love mine for my cell. It charges my cell quickly; I would not leave U.S. without a converter that had a USB port anyway; so, yes it will work. Safe travels!!
