What else will it charge? I have a portable JAM speaker that I usually have to charge by connecting to my laptop computer through USB cable. Will this battery pack charge this device well? Also have the same scenario with a golf GPS unit and Garmin.

As long as the cable is a USB connection it will charge.

I've been able to charge anything that has a usb connection on it, so i'm sure you can charge your speakers. If it charged through USB it should work.

I received my Juice Pack a few days ago. So far I'd say I'm completely satisfied. It DOES charge my JAM speaker like I wanted it to. I also used it on my iPhone 6. I was at 28% on my phone and in roughly 2.5 hours of charging with the Juice Pack was back to 100%. As a tip (but not sure if it was entirely necessary) once I got the unit I let it "fill up" overnight by using the USB cable and an extra iPhone/iPad plug connected to a wall outlet in my house before giving it its first use.

You should be able to use this to recharge most of the devices in question, but in case it doesn't work, most stores have a return policy and you can take it back to the retailer if it isn't working with what you intend to charge.
