• This model changes the iPhone but you can plug a USB cord up to charge other items. There another model that's specific to android

• There are 2 different versions of this Mophie. One is specifically for IPhone products, and the other is specifically for Androids. The box clearly states which brands and items it will charge. If you have your receipt, I'm sure Best Buy will allow you to exchange for the correct product.
