See package. It states on the package it is compatible with Smartphones, tablets and other USB devices. I charge my iPhone and iPad with this device. The package terms are most likely categorically general terms to avoid providing an exhaustive list of every model of cellphones, tablets, and other USB devices on the market (that this company does not make). Use it for my samsung phone and for the psp. Anything that needs an extended charge that there isn't a place to plug in to normally!

I listed my go Pro and my iPhone. Assuming the product details of the item list the ports that are on it. There are 2 USB ports and another small one that I didn't use. The USB ones were all I needed for my Phone and GoPro.

For anything that has a USB charger cable. The XL has 2 USB ports, so you can charge 2 devices at the same time, such as a Samsung phone and an iPhone, or and iphone and an ipad or some other tablet, etc. Long as the charger cable has USB to plug into this device. Good luck!!
