“I charged the powerbank all day (12 hours) and it still only shows 2 lights when i check the status of the charger. And this seems like a common occurrence since other people have had this issue as well. What gives??”

I haven’t had issues with mine. Even if I charge for about 30 mins I get at least 3-4 bars. Try checking the charger you’re using
