As long as your Air vents have the slotted horizontal open and close shutters then yes. I have checked your replacement air vent parts and seen that it does have the horizontal shutters. So you should be good. Take your time installing the threaded tightening sleeve, it may seem like it does not want to thread on, sometimes you have to slightly thread it on before popping in the ball.

The circular mount there on the back, in the middle is a flat bent metal piece that holds on to a vent. So if you can stick on a vertical vent, probably, or.. you can gran a magnet vent mount somewhere, take off this round wireless magnet piece (snap+) part, and stick it on another magnet mount.
