They sent the code via email... so check your email it should be in there

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem happened to me. Contact Best Buy @ 1-888-BEST-BUY. When prompted let them know you want to speak with a live person. Let them know you received the MK11 beta code but not the Shao Khan code. They will send the Shao Khan code to you via email within 24 to 48 hours.
