I didn't either but I talked to best buy live chat and they sent me a code within 24hrs.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best buy has a terrible pre order code process. You usually have to contact them on the best buy forums. Go to the gaming section and message the moderator. I've had to do this about 3 to 5 times this year alone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should have received a code when you initially pre-ordered the game (for the Beta) which also unlocked Shao Kahn. Depending if you pre-ordered in store, it could be on that receipt as well. I'd reach out to Best Buy support and ask for the code if you can't find it.
