• A code for the PS5 version of the game is on a small leaflet in the box. I believe it also is what gives you access to the Ultimate Edition DLC content.

• Yes there is a paper with a down load code so you can play on the PS5

• Yes you can when I bought it there was a card in the game box saying you can upgrade to ps5
