We will be happy to help you with this issue. Please reset the camera: You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to repair the camera to the parent unit.
The monitor and camera work together through a radio link, and such link might be affected by environmental conditions. The typical range indoors is 165ft, but it can go up to 1000ft when there's a clear line of sight between the units. We recommend checking if there is an object between your units that could be interfering in the signal and to try different positions in the room.
