• Yes, confident it has a button that activates Cortana (Windows) or Siri (iDevice) or whatever the Android version is. I use it with my Windows phone - no issues.

• There is no speaker on the headset. Pretty much the major downfall, its also doesnt have voice control like other headsets iv seen. They are good headphones and my bf uses the headphones to hear the phone conversations but always has his phone near to talk back since he has to use the phones speaker.
