I don’t believe so. There is no phone jack on this router/modem. The Router/modem that is rented from Comcast does have a phone jack.

Please try again later.This router/modem has no jacks for any voice/phone service--and I know for a fact it won't work with Spectrum or Cox internet phones (we have bundled cable & internet service from these companies at two homes and don't need internet phones at either). Perhaps Comcast Xfinity figured a way to handle internet phone service without a dedicated phone jack on the router/modem...suggest contacting them. Otherwise, the Motorola MG7550 router/modem works great for us--especially the push-button switch to turn off the powerful wireless WiFi microwave signals while we sleep each night near the router/modem's location while leaving the wired connections intact.
