“Is this router compatible with Alexa? I can't bring mine up. The 2.4 network is not asking for a password. Alexa is saying it's not secure. I can't access the 5.8. It's not showing as a connection option. Help”

• We didn’t have any issues connecting Alexa with ours.

• We have been able to connect Alexa with this new router / modem, but on the 2.4 GHz antenna. I think Alexa is capable of connecting only at the lower frequency, 2.4 GHz.
