Yes. It has a quite robust admin access, and decent parental controls. See attached screenshot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes on your questions regarding curfew and day and night. Modem can be shut down with included power switch.. Not sure about the individual MAC address, as I did not read that far.
