“Will this phone ever work on Cricket Wireless network? I purchased phone today (7/3/23) and Cricket Wireless website and customer service says it's not compatible. The specs on phone list it as compatible (on Best Buy website) with Cricket.”

I had ZERO trouble getting their SIM Card to work with my brand new Edge Plus 2023. So it IS most definetely compatible with Cricket, I had mine switched and my old number ported over at the New Haven, CT store not even three weeks ago.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Also if it is only showing 4G LTE on the antenna bar at top right hand corner of touch screen then you need to contact customer support and they will configure it correctly in the system to receive 5G.
