Hi Locol, Thank you for your inquiry. It is usually determined by the SIM card installed. However, a carrier device might not use Google Dialer as the phone app that's preinstalled on the phone. However, the retail unlocked model should have the Google Phone/Dialer preinstalled, then it should support Call Screening. Now, if you already have it or are about to buy the unlocked Moto Edge Plus 2023, the device should have Call screening. -Mitch

Motorola has confirmed via Reddit this device does support screen calling from the MotoAgents account. Hope this helps.

No, you'd have to get a Pixel phone or the Thinkphone for that. Check out the Pixel 8
