• Yes. The Ethernet output of the MB8600 is just going to the Airport Extreme. If your using Comcast your likely IPv6 now, so the AirPort Extreme needs to support that. Then you can have the Airport Express 's connected as "Add to an existing network" mode.

• Yes it should work if your current router works with it. It will have to be reset. My computer allowed me to reset the router after I connected it and started my browser. If not you’ll have to call your cable company.

• Yes. Just plug the ethernet cable into the modem and you're good to go with your wireless network as it is.

• Absolutely this is a cable modem only just plug it directly into your Apple airports via ethernet into the WAN port of your Apple airport. Then use the AirPort Utility on your phone or Mac it will handle the rest. Make sure to check the compatibility with your Internet service provider i.e. Comcast or Cox cable.
