• You install the Android Wear app and follow the directions on the watch. Takes just a minute, and then syncing takes a few minutes more.

• The actual data transfer takes place via bluetooth. First you download the appropriate free app from the Google store and then turn on the bluetooth on your phone to discover and link to the bracelet. After that all you have to do is make sure your bluetooth is turned on and the bracelet will sync with it automatically. Hope this helps.

• Well first you have to pair it like you would do a Bluetooth so you will go to your settings and search for device once found pair them and it should work
