Works well with Google Fit or Moto Connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure on the calories, but I use the Google fit app for the steps/distance so it measures through my phone and my watch just shows the results. So I assume it is pretty accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. I have multiple devices that are capable of this to one extent or another (Garmin Forerunner with HRM strap, Garmin Vivofit, 2 fitbits, etc) The 360's current fitness activity capabilities are horrible and I would not recommend it for calculating calorie burn. Half the time the HRM sensor in it does not even pick anything up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I already own a jawbone UP24. That's a whole different setup but the UP software will work with the watch. In any case, it's pretty good. If you're looking at $150 fitness tracker or a $250 watch I say get the watch. Upside is does so much more than tell time over the fitness tracker. Downside is requires much more frequent charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe it has a built in way to measure calories. It measures heartbeat and can measure steps/distance activity. Heart rate measuring doesn't seem to work very well though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Motorola - Moto 360 23mm Smartwatch still needs work on its ability to count calories burned duing the day.
