Yes you can. Since the watch is connected to the phone through the Android wear app, it does not take over the bluetooth portion of your phone. I use it on my phone everyday and have no problems with connectivity issues. I can be on the bluetooth and the watch at the same time. I can even control the music or phone call with my watch.

Yes you can. Bluetooth supports more than one device at a time as long as they do not conflict, and the moto360 and Bluetooth headphones do not conflict. I use both every day!

You should be able to. Your phone can use Bluetooth to connect to multiple devices at the same time.
