• It does, however it completely depends on Google play. You will need to download the music from Google play to be played offline and then sync to the watch. I'm not trying to be funny but the user Interface is awful.

• Not a built in one, but it is possible to get the MP3s onto the watch to listen to. Google Play Music will allow you to add the songs to you library, then you can sync the playlist to your watch. I also have an LG phone that has a music player and a companion watch app that will allow you to download the files to the watch and play them from the watch. I have not use the LG music app tho.
