• Hi Johnny, Yes, this phone is capable of LTE service, can receive a call, and can make emergency calls. This phone is a US version and works great here in the US. However, we can't guarantee that all carrier features will work with this phone as the device is a US variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred carrier to check if this phone will work with their carrier service. -Jess
