- Answer Yes I can if you installed the family link , you can even limit the using time . I bought it for my son and I have limit to usage and I even can restrict to only calls and text .

- Answer You have to add a plan to the phone or switch the Sim cards from your old phone to this new phone. That way whatever minutes you had on the old phone would be on the new phone.
