Could be defective if it's just shutting off. Reboot it, then check for updates manually to see if there are any bug updates. (Settings - About phone - software updates). If it's still doing it, it may be defective. The battery is the best thing about this model - last a long time. If yours is draining that fast, maybe there's a rogue app running in the background. Close all background apps. Reboot. If it keeps doing it, go to the battery area in Android (settings) and maybe it can tell you what's using so much of it. Turn off stuff you really don't need notifications for, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had my phone for a month now with no battery issues. If I was you I would turn off all unnecessary apps that might be draining the battery. If problem persist return for new phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to "settings" then "about phone" option. Then "software update" and make sure software is up-to-date. Also check all your google play store apps for updates as well. I've had mine for 1 and a half weeks and love it. No issues here. If the above doesn't work. Try powering off the device and removing your SIM and SD card for at least a minute. Then re-install them and power on the device. If no luck I would call Motorola's customer service for help.Best of luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am using this phone 64GB model for two week and did had any issue described by rhea617. Sorry, you have the issues. Maybe you bought not right piece.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi rhea617, That's rare. We usually do some troubleshooting steps to identify the cause. Try removing the SD card of your phone and test it without it( if you have one). Make sure that you do not have apps running in the background. Also, battery drain may happen due to poor signal. Make sure that you are on a good reception and see if there's any improvement. Check if you still have sufficient storage. If you are running out of storage, try deleting unnecessary files or apps to free up some space. You may reach us at http://lnv.gy/2nGkguS if these steps didn't work. -Jess
