Yes. Brand new in box with 64gb hard drive and 4gb ram. I tested on both united states carries ATT and T Mobile and it works fine. You can get a list of bands that the phone supports to double check with the carrier you wanna use with on Argentina. Also includes warranty from Motorola.

I have bought mine one at Best Buy and yes, it's completely unlock. But pay attention to 4G/LTE bands. My previous Moto G 4th generation was bought in Brazil and does not support 4G/LTE used in USA. I strongly suggest you to check whether a 5th generation bought in USA would work fine in Argentina.
