Please try again later.Yes this phone, or any for that matter should work without a sim card in terms of being able to connect to the internet as long as it connects to wifi. You would just turn off mobile data and leave the wifi on. Obviously without a sim card there will be no phone/text services, but you will have Internet access as long as you are near a wifi spot. I am currently still using my old Motorola that way after I switched sim cards
