The Moto G Power 5G 2024 phone launched with Android 14 and is eligible for one major OS upgrade, which will be Android 15. Security updates for this model will continue through March 2027, but it will not receive Android 16. Please wait for the rollout and ensure your device is connected to a strong Wi-Fi network, has sufficient battery charge, and has enough available storage. Updates are released in phases, so it may take some time for all devices to receive them.
