  • QuestionWhat era and type of antenna does this have, for our marginal rural cell signal? My several year old Motorola G7 Power is inadequate, newer Samsungs are far better - but I've had an otherwise bad history with Samsung phones.

    • Answer I believe this phone would be an adequate substitute for anything that Samsung has. My girlfriend has a fairly comparable Samsung, and we seem to have equal signal reception. Maybe check some of the performance specs between the Samsung and the Motorola that might help answer your question. I know just moving up to Android 15 from Android 10 was a huge performance benefit.

However, with RAM Boost, the phone can use a portion of the internal storage to virtually expand the RAM up to 24GB total (8GB physical + up to 16GB virtual). Best Buy’s listing refers to this maximum combined RAM capacity when RAM Boost is enabled. This feature helps enhance multitasking and overall performance, especially during heavy use, but it’s important to note that only 8GB is physical RAM.     • Answer That kind of thing is available through several different apps for any phone. You can download them and play with them from the Google Play store. I use AT&T, they offer something called Call Protect that you can customize for spam blockage
