Can I use this phone with an ATT prepaid plan? null

You definitely can. I was considering AT&T prepaid and I checked the compatibility of this exact phone, a new Motorola Moto G Stylus 128GB (2022 Unlocked) - Twilight Blue. It was absolutely compatible. I ultimately chose to go with Boost Mobile instead and the SIM card I received today happens to use the AT&T network. All features work without any problems.
