- Answer it does, but it's alot of work to go through to remove it. you practically have to take the whole phone apart to do it. not worth it in my opinion. but there is a youtube video on how to do it.

- Answer According to Best Buy's website on the Motorola Moto g Stylus, Specifications, Compatibility, Carrier Compatibility, it will work with Consumer Cellular (IF) the phone is (Unlocked) to various carriers and not (Locked) to a single carrier like Verizon or T-Mobile. I hope this helps.
