Does this phone work with total wireless (cdma)?. I get lost between cdma and gsm and which phones work null

Mine did except I wasn't getting messages. I called my carrier (Verizon) and they got it squared away for me. I do believe that it was a sim card issue not the phone itself but haven't tried any other sim. You should probably double check with your service provider just to make sure though,
