Anyone have any luck using it with Visible? null

I'm using it on visible now but had to transfer my physical sim card into the phone to get it to work. Apparently the phone is so new esim doesn't show as compatible in their system. This despite Motorola site specifically saying it is compatible which I pointed out to the customer non service agent.
