“My Moto G5S Plus Bluetooth adapter only wants to connect to the last Bluetooth device used, not the one that's plainly available. Is this normal for this phone? I prefer the plainly available behavior (like my old phone). Can it me made to work this way?”

goto the devise you want to pair with and set it up in pair mode first.... then go back to your moto and do a pair search
