Your need addressed in in the Q doesn't need this phone to have a Dual SIM capability. This phone is factory unlocked and will work in UK with no problems. Now, if you left out the part where you would need it to work simultaneously on both US and UK or any other 2 networks-carriers, then the answer is No. This is not a dual sim phone.
