“The phone warranty is one year. The battery warranty is six months. The battery is not replaceable. So if the phone warranty is really 6-12 months, depending on the failure?”

• Hi Confused, Thanks for your interest. The phone has a 1-year Manufacturer's warranty. Cosmetic, physical and liquid damage are the ones not covered under warranty. You may contact Motorola for a warranty claim. -Jess
