Does this phone have adds on the lock screen? null

No adds on locked screen or unlocked screen. Its a good phone. This was an unlocked phone (able to contact to different providers) - my Moto G5s is now connected to AT&T, my wife has an unlocked Moto G5 and hers is now connected to Verizon. When RVing it helps having the option of two providers.
