• I just took my sim card out of my old phone and put it into this new one and it worked but we use T-Mobile. It is an unlocked phone so it should work with any carrier. Hope this helps.

• I have not tried using Moto G6 with Sprint. I would strongly advise to avoid getting this phone altogether. It has defective audio (not sure if it is from hardware or software). I have googled and found that more than fair share of these handsets have similar problem and Lenovo (motorola's current owner) is doing nothing to address these issues.
