A:AnswerIt is best to check with your provider. That being said, it looks like this phone will work on GCI's network. From GCI's website "GCI owns and maintains a GSM and CDMA network." The unlocked Moto G7 will work on both GSM & CDMA networks. If GCI has a BYOD (bring your own device) process, you can get a SIM card and get going on their network. I did a search for BYOD on GCI's website and didn't find anything - that doesn't mean that they don't allow outside devices but you'll need to ask GCI.
A:AnswerHi Eduardo, Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM will operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. -Jess
A:AnswerBe aware this phone uses a micro SIM card. It was not interchangeable with previous phone for me. Verizon sold me a sim card for 10.00 with no cost to move service to new phone.
I will add that Verizon could not get service to transfer, blamed phone, so I took back to Best Buy. BEST Buy put in new micro SIM card for free AND transferred service while I waited. EXCELLENT customer service at Best buy.
A:AnswerHi Tammy, thanks for your interest. We can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. Thanks. - Mike
A:AnswerHi jneestin,
This phone is unlocked to major US carriers. It would be best for you to contact Bestbuy directly to check if they have the Verizon version on their end.
In case you have questions, please email us at [email protected] to further assist you.

A:AnswerYes, but if nothing is wrong with it and you still return it, there's a restocking fee they deduct when you refund the phone is what they told me.
