Best Buy could not activate it they messed up the process and refuse to fix it. Had to go to Verizon directly and Pay $75 for a new SIM and a activation. Try to do all possible and check before picking up the device that they did their part correctly. They messed up my Verizon activation and employee refuse to come forward. I'm going corporate. And no I end up paying $193.55 they up the price because could not get via Sprint and Best Buy refuse to honor the offer. But if you manage to get it by Sprint you golden. They DO check Credit to approve the sale Sprint didn't approve me so went Verizon there is $169+Tax. But still good tho. It's supposed to be $140 end price If they don't messed up.. You better buy it online I triple check everything that way you don't have to go to the store personally. Not good customer service.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reps at BEST BUY are pros at activating and transfeing data from the old to the new phone. As far as activation fees are concerned it varys with the carrier. I think the 129 figure is for open box.
