My wife has Family Mobile service and it automatically prompted her to set up wifi calling, it took about 5 minutes to set it up. Hope this helps. Take care...

Wi-Fi calling is compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile. VoLTE calling is compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
