QuestionOn the Best Buy site it states: Expand your storage by up to 128GB by adding a microSD. On the Motorola site it states: Expandable storage microSD Card support up to 512 GB Which is it? 128GB or 512GB?

- Answer I think that discrepancy is due to Best Buy not stocking higher than 128 GB microSD cards. Motorola is acknowledging that there are microSD cards made that are as big as 512 GB. I think I have a 32 GB microSD card in and I still haven't filled that up with probably close to 2000 pictures and videos and a ton of music.

QuestionI'm already att customer, so I have to activate a separate line when purchasing moto g7 to get the lowest price, otherwise it's $300, am I understanding this correctly?? Just putting my existing sim in phone inside your store wouldn't count???

- Answer I have been a T-Mobile customer. I purchased the Moto G7 at BestBuy and they moved the SIM card from my old phone to the G7. I did not have to activate a separate line.

- Answer Hi SunnyCA, Thanks for reaching out. The Moto G7 has a Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 that protects the main screen. However, it is not shatterproof like the moto z2 or droid turbo 2. It has a built-in battery inside as well and it is water resistant. - Frank

- Answer The Moto G7 charges using the high powered 15W (3X more powerful than standard chargers) USB C. It doesn't use wireless charging. Wireless charging would be a downgrade.

QuestionI have an samsung s6 galaxy with a cricket monthly plan. Will the Moto G7 be able to use w/my Cricket service? Also, will there be a problem w/transferring all my contacts, emails, & pics to the Moto G7, IF I decide to buy one??

Please check here for more details: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. You can contact Cricket for more information regarding this. There should be no problem if you were able to sync your old device to Google account, you will be able to access it. It would be best to backup your files as well. -Ruby
