Will I be able to use this for WIFI calling on ATT? null

I have ATT as a carrier and my phone works on WIFI, and with any of the apps I use to call be it Facebook or What's App.

Hi WIFIcalling, This phone is Wifi-calling capable however this feature will be carrier dependent. It would be best for you to contact your preferred network provider so they can further check on their end.
