• The correct answer is in between. The fully discounted prices are only available with the SPECIFIED carriers, and then only if activated at the time of purchase. If activated after, with ANY carrier, you will have to pay the full price, which is presently $250, not $300 (5 September 2019).

• I don't know about that but it's a terrible phone from everything I can tell so far. I used to love Motorola but this one is so annoying and full of bugs and absolutely none of the Google apps works like they are supposed to.
