• Push the volume buttoning on the side of the phone. Then look for a little pop up screen to show on your phone screen. Touch the bell at the bottom of that pop up screen.

• On the side where you adjust the volume turn it all the way up and it will show the volume and mute button on the screen then.

• Press the volume button a few seconds and a small tab appears on the right side of screen. The tab allows to mute calls, notifications, and other volume sounds.
