A:AnswerHi AJS, One best way you can transfer all of your contacts from one phone to another is to sync all you contacts to your Google account and use the same account to the new phone. If you have more questions, write us an email at [email protected]. -Jess
A:AnswerHi Buds, Thanks for asking. This phone is compatible with this carrier's network but some service provider-specific features may not be available. You may check this link to see all compatible carriers: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility. -Jess
A:AnswerYes. Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM will operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. -Jess
A:AnswerIt very well may. Verizon stores will not activate. I had to call Verizon and put it on Verizon Pre Paid and even then it was a huge hassle. I have Verizon Prepaid, but initially voice mail stopped working and it took hours and hours on their customer no service line to get it going. Also calling 611 initially would not work. Verizon has given up on getting custom calling features to work with the Moto One Action. Basically they are telling me: Sorry you did not buy it from us. It is a great phone though! After being with Verizon for over 30 years, I may try it on AT&T to see if the missing custom calling features work. Good Luck!
