• Yes it does. It is on the top of the phone where the sim goes.

• Yes, the Moto X Pure has a slot on the top (same one as the sim) for a micro sd card. It does not come with an sd card you have to provide it. Mine came with 32 GB of internal memory with the ability to expand it with a micro sd card.
