• I'm not sure about straight talk. It was easy with Verizon though. Called them up. She talked me through it. Total time was about 10 minutes and my new phone was up and running.

• Need to be able to cut your SIM card down to micro size, but other than that, yes, it will work on their frequencies and LTE bands.
